Vein & Aesthetics of Tucson Policies:

EFFECTIVE 5/1/2023

We ask that you respect our continuously growing business’ schedule by acknowledging our cancellation and rescheduling policies for all services, allowing us to best serve our patients.

Aesthetic Cancellation/Rescheduling:

  • Any appointments that are scheduled for less than 1 hour, require a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Less than 24 hour notice you are subject to pay 30% of your scheduled service to rebook a future date.

 

  • Any appointments that are scheduled for more than 1 hour, require a 48 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. Less than 48 hour notice you are subject to pay 30% of your scheduled service to rebook a future date.

For Morpheus8 and EvolveX Appointments:

  • Require a $500.00 non-refundable deposit when scheduling, which will be applied towards the balance of your service.

  • Require a 48 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancelling. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of $150.00 of your deposit. To reschedule you will need to pay the balance of $150.00 to maintain a deposit balance of $500.00.

For Sclerotherapy Appointments:

  • Require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit when scheduling, which will be applied towards the balance of your service.

  • Require a 48 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancelling. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your deposit. To reschedule you will need to pay an additional $150.00 deposit.

Varicose Vein Procedure Cancellation Policy:

  • If you are unable to keep your appointment(s) we require a minimum of 5 day notice otherwise you will be subject to a $250.00 nonrefundable fee.

  • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours prior you will be subject to a $500.00 nonrefundable fee.

Late Arrival Policy:

  • We suggest all patients arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time. This allows you to complete any paperwork needed, ask any questions about the service, and get comfortable before we start.

  • If you are running late, we ask that you call us. This allows us to inform your service provider, and do our best to accommodate you.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled and subject to our cancellation fee to rebook.
