Dr. Goldberg has been practicing interventional cardiology since 2003. He has carried board certifications in general cardiology, interventional cardiology, nuclear cardiology and internal medicine.
Dr. Goldberg performs coronary, peripheral vascular arterial and venous interventions at Northwest Medical Center. His cardiology practice services include echocardiography, stress testing and vascular ultrasound.
Over the last five years, Dr. Goldberg has completed over 2,500 varicose vein procedures in his practice.

Jennifer is a Tucson native. She spent her nursing career in the intensive care unit and developed a passion for cardiology. Jennifer completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an emphasis in Adult-Gerontology and Acute Care at the University of Arizona. She completed her doctoral work studying the impact of transitional care on reducing hospital readmissions for people with heart failure. Jennifer is dedicated to treating patients in a way that allows them to live life to their fullest potential. In her spare-time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, and traveling.

Melissa found her passion in skincare in 2001 while managing a high-end beauty retail store. She decided to pursue her love for skincare after many years in the beauty industry; becoming a licensed esthetician in 2009. Her drive for education and knowledge of more advanced skincare techniques took her to Atlanta for a Medical Aesthetics certification in 2011. Melissa opened her own skincare practice in 2012, offering facials, dermaplane, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing, lash extensions and more. She again found herself wanting to know more about medical aesthetics and went back to school in 2015 to get her Medical Assistant Certification. She began working with Dr. Lee Goldberg in his cardiology office later that year, while continuing to practice skincare on evenings and weekends. Melissa has become a certified laser technician (CLT), laser safety officer (LSO), certified in microneedling and non-invasive body sculpting. Dr. Goldberg's interest in a Medical Aesthetics Practice, along with Melissa's background in skincare is what brought them together at Vein and Aesthetics of Tucson.

Wendy is the Practice Manager of both our Cardiology and Vein and Aesthetics offices. Her educational background in Health and Exercise Science eventually led her to a career in cardiology, in both hospital and clinical support settings. She left those roles in early 2006 to help open Dr. Goldberg’s private practice, serving as both his medical assistant and office manager. Today she can be found at both of Dr. Goldberg’s offices in both administrative and clinical capacities. Wendy is Dr. Goldberg’s loving wife and mother of two beautiful daughters.
